DPD UK PRIORITY
Order in the next 9h 0m for Next Day Delivery
DPD Next Working Day
Order before 9pm (Mon-Thu) for delivery the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 9pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday before 2:30pm will be delivered on Monday. Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard DPD shipping. Northern Ireland excluded (DPD delivers within 2 working days).

ROYAL MAIL 24
Our aim is to deliver your 1st Class parcel the next working day. Order before 9pm Mon-Fri.
ROYAL MAIL 48
Delivery aim is 2-3 working days. Orders must be placed before 5pm for same-day dispatch.
Refunds & Exchanges
"Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind."
In the unlikely event an item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Clear photographs of the fault must be provided via our concierge email for review.
Please note: Minxx lashes are handmade. Subtle differences between pairs are not considered faults but a mark of artisan craftsmanship.
Minxx Club does not pay for return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty. All returns must be in their original state with packaging intact.
NON-EU RETURNS INSTRUCTION
To avoid unnecessary customs clearance fees, you MUST write 'RETURNED GOODS' on the exterior of the parcel and list the customs value as 'ZERO'. Failure to do so may result in the package being rejected or fees deducted from your credit.
'Returned to Sender' Policy
Uncollected Mail
It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from their local sorting office if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful.
Administrative Fees
If a parcel is returned to our atelier and you request a refund, a 20% administration fee will be applied to the total. If your order qualified for free postage, a £3.50 deduction will also be made from the refund amount.
Incorrect Address
The customer is liable for re-postage costs if an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout. We cannot reship items for free due to customer data entry errors.
